Conservation & Outdoor Recreation Education (CORE) Hunting

Fort Nelson residents finally have a couple of realistic options available to them again:

1 - Wapiti Sports is now offering courses, please check their schedule.
​
2 - BC Residents are able to do the online Alberta hunter safety training and then transfer your Alberta license to BC at the ServiceBC office. This seems a little unusual, but it is the route I used with my son and it worked perfectly. I noticed the Alberta course looked to be easier than the BC counterpart and ultimately strongly encourage any new hunters to partner up with a mentor for those first learning hunts.
Beginner Shooting Course - Non Restricted or Restricted
Lots of days there is no place we'd rather be than the range. Students interested in any level of additional training are encouraged to contact us to discuss what your current ability is and where you would like to be. We've worked with all skill levels from the first time shooting a firearm to tuning fractions of a second off your draw to get faster hits in the 'A' zone. If you're interested, get in touch!
Authorization to Carry Permit Qualifying
If you are in pursuit of an ATC for your restricted firearm, we can perform a qualification exam to submit with your application. Please contact us for additional detail or to schedule a qualification shoot.
